All For Furry Friends Dog Sitting Service Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to All For Furry Friends Dog Service. By engaging our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. We recommend you read these terms carefully to fully understand your rights and obligations.
2. Services Provided
Our comprehensive dog sitting services include, but are not limited to:
- Daily feeding and water replenishment according to the dog’s schedule and dietary needs.
- Regular exercise, playtime, and companionship tailored to the dog’s energy levels and preferences.
- Administering medications as prescribed by a veterinarian.
- Basic grooming services such as brushing, and light cleaning.
- Overnight stays, at the sitter’s residence, as per prior agreement.
3. Booking and Payment
- All bookings must be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance. Emergency bookings may be accommodated based on availability and will incur an additional fee.
- Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept payments via bank transfers.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.
4. Owner Responsibilities
- Owners must provide all necessary supplies, including but not limited to food, treats, medications, leashes, harnesses, and any specific care items.
- Owners are required to provide accurate and complete information regarding their dog’s habits, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, and any special needs.
- Dogs must be up-to-date on all vaccinations, including rabies, distemper, and parvovirus, and must be on a regular flea/tick prevention regimen.
5. Health and Safety
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any dog that appears to be ill or displays aggressive behavior. This is to ensure the safety of all pets and staff.
- In the event of a medical emergency, we will attempt to contact the owner immediately. If the owner is unreachable, we will transport the dog to the nearest veterinary clinic. All veterinary expenses incurred during such an emergency will be the responsibility of the owner.
6. Liability
6.1 General Liability
- All For Furry Friends is committed to providing the highest level of care and ensuring the safety and well-being of all dogs under our supervision. We will take all reasonable precautions to prevent any accidents, injuries, or illnesses.
- While we strive to offer exceptional service, All For Furry Friends shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, illness, or death of any dog in our care, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of our staff.
6.2 Owner’s Responsibility for Damages
- The dog owner agrees to assume full responsibility for any and all damages or injuries caused by their dog to property, other animals, or people while the dog is under the care of All For Furry Friends. This includes but is not limited to damages to the sitter’s property, third-party property, or any medical expenses arising from injuries caused by the dog.
6.3 Emergency Veterinary Care
- In the event of a medical emergency, All For Furry Friends will make every reasonable effort to contact the owner immediately. If the owner cannot be reached, the owner authorises All For Furry Friends to seek veterinary care for the dog at the nearest available clinic.
- All veterinary expenses incurred as a result of seeking emergency care, including but not limited to diagnostic tests, treatments, medications, and any other medical services deemed necessary by the attending veterinarian, are the sole responsibility of the owner.
6.4 Behavioral Issues and Aggression
- All For Furry Friends reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for any dog that displays aggressive behavior or poses a risk to the safety of other animals, people, or property. This decision will be made at the sole discretion of All For Furry Friends and is intended to ensure a safe environment for all parties involved.
- The owner is responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding any known behavioral issues, aggression, or triggers that their dog may have. Failure to disclose such information may result in immediate termination of services without a refund.
6.5 Health Conditions and Pre-existing Conditions
- The owner must inform All For Furry Friends of any pre-existing health conditions, allergies, or medical requirements their dog may have. While we will make every effort to accommodate these needs, All For Furry Friends is not liable for any complications or health issues arising from pre-existing conditions.
- All For Furry Friends will not be held liable for any health issues that arise due to misinformation or lack of information provided by the owner regarding the dog’s health and medical history.
6.6 Indemnification
- The owner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless All For Furry Friends, its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or in connection with the services provided by All For Furry Friends, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
6.7 Limitations of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, All For Furry Friends’ total liability, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, will not exceed the amount paid by the owner for the specific service in question.
8. Privacy
- Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law or in the event of an emergency involving your pet.
9. Amendments
- All For Furry Friends reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email and will take effect immediately upon notification.
10. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland / Australia Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

12. Dog Walking
12.1 General Dog Walking Services
- All For Furry Friends provides professional dog walking services to ensure your dog receives adequate exercise and mental stimulation. Our services include on-leash walks in safe, designated areas, tailored to your dog’s energy levels and physical capabilities, in some areas where safe, off-leash walks will be performed.
12.2 Safety and Conduct
- All dogs will be walked on a leash at all times to ensure their safety and the safety of others, except a designated off-leach areas.
- We utilize positive reinforcement techniques and handle all dogs with care and respect. No aversive methods or equipment (such as prong collars or shock collars) will be used.
- Walk routes are chosen based on the safety, environmental conditions, and the dog’s specific needs. Walks may include parks, neighborhoods, and other designated dog-friendly areas.
12.3 Owner Responsibilities
- Owners must provide a secure and well-fitted collar or harness and a sturdy leash for their dog.
- Owners must ensure their dog is up-to-date on all vaccinations, including rabies, distemper, and parvovirus, and that the dog is on a regular flea/tick prevention regimen.
- Owners are required to inform All For Furry Friends of any behavioral issues, triggers, or special requirements their dog may have during walks. This includes any history of aggression towards people, other dogs, or animals.
12.4 Health and Fitness
- All For Furry Friends reserves the right to adjust the duration and intensity of walks based on the dog’s health, age, and fitness level. If a dog exhibits signs of fatigue, distress, or health issues during a walk, the walk will be shortened or terminated for the dog’s well-being.
- If a dog has any pre-existing health conditions that could be affected by physical activity, owners must inform All For Furry Friends in advance. We will accommodate these conditions to the best of our ability, but we are not liable for any health complications arising from undisclosed conditions.
12.5 Weather Conditions
- Walks will be conducted in various weather conditions; however, in extreme weather (e.g., heatwaves, thunderstorms, blizzards), walks may be shortened, rescheduled, or replaced with indoor activities for the dog’s safety.
- Owners will be informed of any changes to the walking schedule due to adverse weather conditions.
12.6 Group Walks
- If participating in group walks, owners must ensure their dog is socialized and can safely interact with other dogs.
- Dogs showing signs of aggression or distress during group walks will be removed and switched to individual walks if necessary.
12.7 Liability During Walks
- All For Furry Friends is not liable for any injuries or illnesses sustained by the dog during walks, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- Owners are responsible for any damages or injuries their dog may cause to third parties, property, or other animals during walks. This includes any legal or medical expenses arising from such incidents.
12.8 Lost Dog Protocol
- In the unlikely event that a dog gets lost during a walk, All For Furry Friends will take immediate action to locate the dog, including but not limited to: retracing the walk route, contacting local authorities, and notifying the owner. We will not be held liable for any loss of the dog, provided all reasonable precautions and measures were in place.
12.9 Indemnification
- The owner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless All For Furry Friends, its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or in connection with the dog walking services provided, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
